Rights and takedown notices

PlotLumi does not upload or store episode video files. We provide editorial metadata and source links. After a visitor clicks Play, a video may be streamed directly by the original provider through its supported iframe. Removing a listing or embed here does not remove the video from its source.

Public availability does not mean that a video, thumbnail, or other content is free to reuse. Rights holders can request removal or correction of PlotLumi listings and source references.

Information for a copyright notice

Identify the copyrighted work, the exact PlotLumi page URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement about the unauthorized use, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send a notice

Send copyright notices and follow-up communications to plotlumiai@gmail.com. For easier routing, use Email a copyright notice. Include the information described above and the specific content URL(s) on PlotLumi.

DMCA agent registration: Publishing this email does not mean PlotLumi has registered a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office or qualifies automatically for safe-harbor protections. Any applicable registration and legal requirements must be handled separately by the site operator.

Review and counter-notices

We intend to review adequately identified complaints, disable disputed listings when warranted, and provide a process to contest removals where appropriate. A counter-notice generally identifies the removed material, states why removal was mistaken, gives contact information and required jurisdictional consent, and is signed. This page does not establish statutory safe-harbor eligibility by itself.
